Hello! My name is Annie and I am the face behind Camillo's Macaron and Cupcakery. Camillo's was formerly known as Blue Ridge Cupcake Company which was established in 2022. In August 2024, Blue Ridge Cupcake Company had the opportunity to participate in a Styled Shoot with Southern Bride and hosted by the Shenandoah Wedding Professionals. Blue Ridge Cupcake Company was awarded Best Cake for the styled shoot. Scroll down for a photo of the cake!

In the year 2020, I closely brushed with death due to complications after the birth of my daughter. The effects were devastating and rippled throughout every aspect of my life. I lost myself in the trauma and struggled to find a way out. I started baking as a means of escape and discovered my passion for creating bold flavors and delicious desserts.
The name Blue Ridge Cupcake Company was dreamed up after having spent most of my life in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Every spring when I was a little girl, my dad and I would cut a few branches from the Dogwood tree outside our kitchen window and take them to my Nana’s grave. Every time I think of a dogwood flower, they remind me of my dad. That was the conceptualization behind Blue Ridge Cupcake Company and the logo. Through the past year, I have made the decision to rebrand as Camillo's Macaron and Cupcakery. And it is finally here!
Earlier this year I discovered a passion for a small, and difficult delicacy...a macaron! Its delicate structure, yet vast flavor profiles are quite literally endless. My favorite thing about a macaron is watching a customer take the first bite and experiencing where the journey of each flavor takes them.
